Hi, my name is Jacob Burton and I'm the Executive Chef of The Cedar House Sport Hotel and Stella Restaurant. After graduating from culinary school and working in fine dining in San Francisco, I was lucky enough to realize my dream of living and working in Tahoe.
After spending four years on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, I was fortunate enough to find a unique property, The Cedar House Sport Hotel. As the Executive Chef I work with a talented crew to produce a casual yet elgant dining experience at Stella, cater weddings and corporate events and even teach cooking classes.
